Step-by-Step Guide: Submitting Your Child’s Homeschool Portfolio Link

Step 1: Gather the portfolio items

Cover page (child’s name, grade level, school year)

             Table of contents

Work samples (photos/scans of activities, projects, with short descriptions)

             One-paragraph parent/teacher reflection

Note: You may assemble the portfolio in Canva, Google Slides, or Microsoft Word. Keep pages concise and number them properly.

Step 2: Organize the portfolio

Arrange pages either by subject (Math, English, Science, etc.) or by skill (reading, writing, numeracy).

Include the date and a 1–2 sentence caption for each piece.

Step 3: Export and save the file

Export the file as a PDF (Standard size) if using Canva or MS Word.

Save the PDF in your Google Drive.

Name the file clearly, e.g., Lastname_Firstname_Grade_Portfolio_2025.pdf.

Set sharing settings to “Anyone with the link can view”

Step 4: Upload the portfolio link

Go to the CORE Homeschoolers Hub Website.

             Log in to your account.

On your dashboard, click the Portfolio tab.

Paste and upload your child’s Google Drive PDF link in the provided field.

Final Note: Please ensure the file is uploaded on or before the deadline. Once submitted, your child’s portfolio will be reviewed by the admin team.

1. Log in to your CORE Homeschoolers Hub account on the website.

2. On your dashboard, click “Grading Sheet.”
Note: Make sure you are signed in with the email that has editor access.

3. Edit the grading sheet by entering the required grades.

Review your entries carefully. Double-check that all subjects and quarters are filled in correctly. Your work will be saved automatically.

4. The Registrar will confirm your submission once it has been reviewed.

"Conditionally Enrolled" means some required documents are still pending. Don’t worry—you can easily check which ones are missing by going to the Records tab on your Parent Dashboard. Once you’ve submitted the remaining documents, your child’s enrollment will be updated to complete. If you need assistance, please go to the Reach Out to Us tab on your dashboard and send us a message—we’ll be happy to help.
